Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide in South Africa via trusted door-to-door couriers, including The Courier Guy.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships

How much does delivery cost?

Standard nationwide courier delivery to your door is R115.

Final delivery costs are always shown at checkout before payment.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed (Monday to Friday). Delivery times vary by location and delivery method:

• Courier to your door: 2–5 business days
• PUDO Locker pickup: 3–5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules and your delivery area. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept instant EFT from all major banks, card payments, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay), Buy Now Pay Later options (MobiCred, MoreTyme) and cash payments - all processed securely at checkout.

Where are you based?

We are a South African business based in Centurion, Gauteng. To ensure fast nationwide delivery, we ship orders from our primary office in Centurion and a secondary shared distribution hub in Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu Natal

Do you offer PUDO or PAXI delivery?

Yes! 😊 Our preferred delivery option is courier to your door, as it’s the fastest and most reliable.

If you prefer to collect, we offer:

  • PUDO Locker Pickup R80 After checkout, your confirmation email will include a request to confirm your preferred locker location.
  • PAXI (PEP store collection) WhatsApp us before placing your order and we'll confirm the available service options and pricing.
